EXTRACT FROM THE CALLExtract from Mayor's resolution no. 2024-0570, dated 06/26/2024, by which subsidies are called for AID FOR THE PROMOTION OF BIRTH AND REGISTRATION for the year 2024, through the competitive competition procedure. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans).First. BeneficiariesThe beneficiaries of the subsidy will be the parents and adopters of minors with fixed residence in the City Council of A Lama, where they must be registered at least 12 uninterrupted months in advance of the event that motivates the request for the aid. Furthermore, in order to obtain the status of beneficiary, one of the two parents must fulfill the duties included in this Call. Second. PurposeThe purpose of the subsidy is to promote birth rates and registration at the City Council. The amount of the subsidy may not exceed 1,000.00 euros per child born or adopted in the corresponding period between 01/01/2023 and 12/31/2023. In the case of multiple births, you will have the right to obtain an additional 40% for a second child, and 20% for subsequent children. The aid will be distributed 50% in the year the subsidy is granted and the remaining 50% in the following year. Third. Regulatory basesThe regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the specific Ordinance for the granting of subsidies regarding AID FOR THE PROMOTION OF BIRTH AND REGISTRATION, approved on 07/28/2020 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra no. 194, dated 10/07/2020, and on the City Council website. Amount of aidThe budget application to which the subsidy is attributed is the following 231,480, and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is 6,000.00 euros.Fifth. Application submission deadlineThe application will be signed by one of the parents or adopters and will be formulated in the model that appears as an annex to this call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council and will be presented in the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. The application for aid will be submitted during the months of September and October of each year for births or adoptions that took place in the previous calendar year. Applications may be submitted electronically in the terms provided in Article 12 in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on common administrative procedure of public administrations. Sixth. Other information The following documents must be attached to the application:— Documents that prove the personality of the applicant and, if applicable, the representation of the person signing the application (copy of the deed of incorporation or modification, copy of the founding act and statutes, copy of the DNI, etc.).— Birth certificate of the newborn issued by the corresponding Civil Registry in the case of births.— Judicial Resolution in the case of adoptions.— Registration certificate of the beneficiary that certifies effective residence in the Municipality for at least 12 months uninterruptedly, as well as the coexistence of the beneficiary with the newborn or adopted child.— Certificate of being up to date with their tax and Social Security duties, as well as duties of any kind with the City Council (State Treasury, Xunta de Galicia Treasury and Social Security Treasury). — Bank account certificate (IBAN).
