Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Beneficiary entities may be: a) Women's associations and women's committees of neighborhood or cultural entities duly constituted in an assembly demonstrable through the presentation of the corresponding minutes, which are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the City Council of Redondela, and which have representation in the Municipal Women's Council. b) The legally constituted associations of mothers and fathers of students (AMPAS) dependent on public centers of the Redondela city council, which are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Redondela City Council. They must meet the requirements of the fourth base of the call. Second.- Object. Development of activities and programs to promote women and equality whose purpose is: - The promotion of real and effective equality between women and men in all areas. - The prevention and treatment of gender violence. - Training, guidance and advice regarding the search or consolidation of employment. - The promotion of conciliation, co-responsibility and equality in homes. - Health promotion and self-care in specific women's problems. - Promoting personal promotion and acquisition of social skills for women at risk of exclusion. - The dissemination of women's rights and the history of women's advocacy movements and the promotion of women's participation in the social, cultural and artistic spheres. - The promotion of sport among women. Third.- Regulatory bases. Subsidy Bases for activities to promote women and equality for the year 2024 published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra no. 182 of Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Fourth.- Amount. The global credit available for granting these subsidies is 14,000 euros. Fifth.- Application deadline. 10 calendar days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth.- Other data. The application must be submitted in accordance with the annexes attached to the call. You can only submit an application for one activity. Seventh.- Justification period. The justification must be submitted to the General Registry of the Council of Redondela within a period of 5 business days following the date of completion of the subsidized activity stated in Annex II of the application, unless this period exceeds the date of November 15 OR IF THE GRANT WAS LATER 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE NOTIFICATION OF THE GRANT RESOLUTION. In the event that the activity was already completed before the granting of the subsidy, the period of 5 business days will begin to count from the day following the notification of the resolution of granting the subsidy.
