Title of the extract Extract from the agreement of October 7, 2022 of the Local Government Xunta, by which grants are called and the "Particular regulatory bases for the call for Study Scholarships for Musical Education for the 2021-2022 Course at the Tui Conservatory/Music School" are approved. Text of the Extract In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.la of Law 38/2013, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First.- Beneficiaries Municipal aid for musical education, for students of the Professional Grade Conservatory and Music School for the 2021-2022 academic year, is intended for people enrolled in the Professional Grade Conservatory and the Music School of this municipal affiliation, belonging to family units with weighted annual gross income as described in section 5.-Determination and weighting of income, and which do not exceed 3 times the IPREM 2021 (€23,725.81) REQUIREMENTS OF THE APPLICANTS:1.- Be enrolled or have children enrolled in the Professional Degree Conservatory and/or in the Municipal Music School.2.-Be registered in Tui, both the applicant and, in the case of minors, the father/mother or legal guardian if they had them, as well as the children for those for whom the scholarship is requested, prior to the date of publication of these bases. 3.-That the family does not exceed the stipulated gross income. 4.-Not be a beneficiary of other public or private entities or organizations of aid for this concept; and not exceed the established aid limit. 5.- Have the complete course approved (referring to the 2020-2021 school year), except for those who begin studies in this school year, students must be enrolled in all subjects corresponding to the first year. 6.- Communicate the request or obtaining of aid subsidies for the same purpose, coming from any administration or public entity, national and/or international. 7.- If any of these requirements are not met, the file will be archived without further processing. Second.- Object 1.-Reach those families that really need this help. 2.-That students belonging to families with a low income level have access to scholarships. 3.-Carry out follow-up on those families that are detected as high risk. 4.-Analysis of the demanding population and assessment of their needs. Third.- Regulatory bases. The full text of these rules will be available on the City Council's Notice Board, as well as on its website (www.tui.gal). Fourth.- Amount. The total of the aid received in no case may exceed 100% of the cost of the activity that the beneficiary is going to carry out, without the municipal aid being able to exceed the percentage of 65% of said amount (tuition cost), except in the cases indicated in article 8 of the General Type Regulatory Bases for the Granting of Subsidies. Next, the maximum percentages are specified according to the scale of points obtained: SCORE PERCENTAGE 22/15 inclusive 65% 14/10 inclusive 55% 9/5 inclusive 45% 4/1 inclusive 35% Fifth.- Application submission deadline.
