Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid, the extract of the bases and call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index): First.- Object and scope of application These bases, in accordance with that established in article 14 of law 9/2007 of June 13 on Subsidies of Galicia (LSG), are intended to regulate the procedure to participate in the aid program for rehabilitation actions at the neighborhood level, provided for in the Royal Decree 853/2021, of October 5, which regulates the PRTR's residential rehabilitation and social housing assistance programs published in the Official State Gazette no. 239, of October 6 (hereinafter RD 853/2021) and the Resolution of the Galician Institute of Housing and Land, of July 8, 2022, which regulates the procedure to participate in the Program to help rehabilitation actions at the neighborhood level of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, (R.08.07.22) financed by the European Union-NextGenerationEU and the deadline opens of participation for the 2022 annuity in application of RD 853/2021 in the Autonomous Community of Galicia. These bases are intended to finance works or actions in which an accredited improvement in energy efficiency is obtained, with special attention to the building envelope in collective residential buildings, including their homes, and in single-family homes, included within the Programmed Rehabilitation Residential Environments (ERRP) of the Estribela de Pontevedra core for the year 2022, on a multi-year basis and whose delimitation appears as an annex to the bases. regulators. The granting of the subsidies included in these bases will initially be processed by the competitive competition procedure through a public call, following the order of priority that results from the assessment provided for in these bases, until the number of actions and/or the available credit provided for this ERRP in agreement No. 36 signed in the bilateral Commission held on 06/28/2023 between the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, the Xunta de Galicia and the Pontevedra City Council and/or addendums that may be subsequently signed within their scope of application. If the number of actions and the available credit provided for in this call are not exhausted, a new application submission period may be reopened, following a reasoned proposal from the rehabilitation office and agreement from the evaluation commission, with the necessary publicity established in Base 37 of the regulatory bases. The granting of this aid will be, in any case, conditional on the existence of budgetary credit, on the resolutions issued by those responsible for the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda and/or the Xunta de Galicia for the application of the Aid Program for rehabilitation actions at the neighborhood level in Galicia and on the acceptance of the supporting documentation by the Pontevedra City Council. Second.- Beneficiaries: The owners of residential buildings or single-family homes, the communities of owners of residential buildings under a condominium regime, the cooperative societies, the tenant or concessionaire companies of the building, and the natural or legal persons who have a real right over the property that allows them to undertake the actions, or the tenants authorized by the owner. Third.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases and the call for aid for the rehabilitation of buildings and homes in the Programmed Rehabilitation Residential Environments of the center of Estribela de Pontevedra were approved by the Local Government Xunta of the Pontevedra City Council on 10/17/2024, and will come into force from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province. At the same time, the regulatory bases will be published on the electronic headquarters of the Pontevedra City Council. Fourth.- Financing. l
