Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Employers and companies/entities may be beneficiaries of the hiring incentives, whatever the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons, civil societies and communities of property, even if they lack legal personality, whose activity is directly related to the training provided in the dual employment workshop “PORREMPREGO CUALIFICA II” promoted by the Concello do Porriño, specifically with the Hospitality Professionalism certificates. (HOTR0108/HOTR0408) and New technologies and digital economy (ADGG0508)/ADGG0208); and that they hire employed workers. In the case of civil companies, joint ventures and joint ventures, both in the application and in the granting resolution, the execution commitments assumed by each member of the group must be expressly stated, as well as the amount of subsidy that will be applied to each of them, who will also be considered beneficiaries. In any case, they must appoint a sole representative or representative of the group, with sufficient power to fulfill the duties that, as beneficiary, correspond to the group. In the case of temporary unions of companies, each company that is part of this union must meet the requirements to access the aid. Public administrations, public companies, or entities linked to or dependent on any of them may not be beneficiaries of this aid. Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary provided for in art. 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies and in art. 13 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, general on subsidies, as stipulated in the bases of the call. Applicant entities that are excluded from access to the benefits derived from the application of employment programs will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary entity, in accordance with the provisions of article 46 and 46 bis of the consolidated text of the Law on infractions and sanctions in the social order, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2000, of August 4. Second. Purpose: The incentives for hiring as an employee are intended to facilitate the employability and employability of people participating in the dual employment workshop “PORREMPREGO CUALIFICA II” promoted by the Porriño Council, and financed through the 2023/24 call for aid and subsidies for dual employment workshops, by the General Directorate of Training for Employment and Orientation, belonging to the Department of Employment Promotion and Equality of the Xunta de Galicia. The contract will have a minimum duration of 3 months. The hiring period will be full time. Third. Regulatory bases: Bases and call for the aid program through incentives for temporary contracting as an employee to promote the labor insertion of student-workers of the dual employment Obradoiro “Porremprego Qualifica II” of the Concello do Porriño 2023/24, published in BOPPO number 233, of November 29, 2024. Fourth. Amount: The total amount allocated to this aid is €30,000. The amount of this aid, in no case, may be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies or aid, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity or action. Temporary contracts will be incentivized with a fixed subsidy of €1,500 for each worker, corresponding to a minimum full-time contract of 3 months. The maximum number of incentives that can be granted is 20 in total. The benefits established for hiring in this program may not, in conjunction with other public aid for the same purpose, exceed 100% of the salary cost of the monthly payments subject to the subsidy. Once the existing budget credit has been exhausted, subsidies that cannot be met due to lack of budget availability will be denied. Applications denied due to lack of credit in a specific call will not give rise to rights in subsequent calls. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications and complementary documentation is fifteen business days that will begin counting from the day following publication.
