Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries and requirements: Associations and entities that meet the following requirements may apply for this aid: 1.- Not for profit. 2.- Have its registered office in the municipality of Meaño and be registered as such in the Registry of Associations. 3.- Carry out their actions within the territorial scope of the municipality or that affect groups of this City Council or deal with issues of interest to the city council. 4.- Not incur in any of the cases of incapacity or incompatibility for the receipt of public aid or subsidies or any of the prohibitions to receive subsidies included in the Law. 5.- Be up to date with the tax obligations of the State Tax Agency, Galician Treasury, with Social Security and with the City Council of Meaño. 6.- Have civil liability insurance up to date with payment. Second.- Purpose: The purpose of this call is to support investments, in fiscal year 2025, of the entities registered in the Registry of Associations of the City Council of Meaño in the following areas: Complementary activities of education. Culture. Leisure and free time. Promotion of retail trade associations. Popular celebrations. Third.- Regulatory Bases: Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies for current expenses to associations and entities registered in the Registry of Associations of the City Council of Meaño in the year 2025. Fourth.- Amount: €29,000.00, with the following distribution: Current expenses in the following lines Application Amount Complementary educational activities 326-48000201 €3,000.00 Culture 334-4800001 €15,000.00 Leisure and free time 337-4800001 €5,500.00 Popular celebrations 338-4800001 €2,500.00 Promotion of Retail trade associations 4314-4800001 €3,000.00 TOTAL €29,000.00 Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counted from the day following the official publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra.
