Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries and requirements: Associations and entities that meet the following requirements may apply for this aid: 1.- Not for profit. 2.- Have its registered office in the municipality of Meaño and be registered as such in the Registry of Associations. 3.- Carry out their actions within the territorial scope of the municipality or that affect groups of this City Council or deal with issues of interest to the city council. 4.- Not incur in any of the cases of incapacity or incompatibility for the receipt of public aid or subsidies or any of the prohibitions to receive subsidies included in the Law. 5.- Be up to date with the tax obligations of the State Tax Agency, Galician Treasury, with Social Security and with the City Council of Meaño. 6.- Have civil liability insurance. Second.- Purpose: The purpose of this call is to support investments, in fiscal year 2025, of entities registered in the Registry of Associations of the Meaño City Council in the following areas: Investments in cemeteries. Investments in cultural facilities Investments in sports facilities and inventoryable equipment/material for sports facilities. Neighborhood roads Third.- Regulatory Bases: Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies for investments made by entities registered in the Registry of Associations of the City Council of Meaño in the year 2025 (Published in BOPPO No. 84 dated May 6, 2025). Fourth.- Amount: €13,000.00, with the following distribution: Section Application Amount Cemeteries 164-78000 €4,000.00 Cultural facilities 333-780.00 €2,000.00 Sports facilities 342-78000 €3,000.00 Local roads 454-780.00 €4,000.00 Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counted from the day following the official publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra.
