Extract from the agreement of the Governing Board of the Vigo City Council of 08/08/2025, by which SUBSIDIES are called to CONTRIBUTE TO THE FINANCING OF THE EXPENSES OF THE ORGANIZATION AND DISSEMINATION OF SOCIAL EVENTS AND NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGS TO PROMOTE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.la of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (htttp://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): FIRST.- BENEFICIARIES Entities that are registered in the headings indicated in each of them may attend this public call. the aforementioned Programs of the Municipal Registry of Associations (Neighborhood Associations and Cultural Societies, social, welfare, cultural, festive and leisure entities, recreational clubs, promotion and defense of values, ethnic and religious, respectively), which, meeting the requirements and purpose of the same, promote associations and citizen participation and have the municipal area of Vigo as their scope of action, and whose activities complement municipal powers, by carrying out general or specific activity programs that serve to reinforce the services that Vigo City Council provides in this area. SECOND.- PURPOSE This call for subsidies, which is integrated into line 4.7 of Promotion of social activities: activities of public interest carried out through groups of people, associations, etc. of the Strategic Subsidy Plan (PES) approved by the Local Government Board in its common session on 03/08/2024, is intended to grant, on a competitive basis, financial aid to Neighborhood Associations and Cultural Societies, social, welfare, cultural, festive and leisure entities, recreational clubs, promotion and defense of values, ethnic and religious, non-profit, legally constituted as such and registered in the corresponding headings of the Municipal Registry of Associations, for the development of activities and programs of general interest, carried out or pending to be carried out between October 16, 2024 and October 15, 2025. For normal operation of the entity, the fulfillment of its statutory purposes and the development of its social activities, this call is intended to promote the following: · Program I: Current expenses derived from assembly and disassembly services of covered facilities or similar movable structures, provided that they do not involve transfer to third parties where they carry out commercial or commercial activities, intended for the celebration of social events or neighborhood meetings of a recreational, charitable, festive and social nature that are of free access, free of charge and are held in open spaces. · Program II: Current expenses derived from the organization of popular games: expenses derived from the rental of premises/facilities/furniture/public address system/audiovisual media, trophies, cleaning, material for activities, insurance, advertising (posters, leaflets, clothing and other advertising material...), and all those expenses that undoubtedly respond to the nature of the subsidized project. Food gifts or other perishable gifts (food, drink, etc.) are not considered trophies. · Program III: expenses for design, layout and editing of publications on paper or digital media (design and creation of content for the web, maintenance and domain of the web); and expenses for printing and distribution of publications. . Program IV: expenses derived from the rental of social premises (tax base + VAT) and/or other properties on a specific basis, when they are necessary for the development of its purposes and social object (peace, solidarity, human rights, ideological, religious and cult freedom, tolerance, friendship). THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES Regulatory bases approved by the Local Government Xunta of the Vigo City Council on 08/08/2025, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province, on the transparency portal and on the Vigo City Council website (www.vigo.org) FOURTH.- TOTAL AMOUNT AND BUDGETARY CREDIT The total amount allocated for this aid is 60,230.00 euros (sixty thousand two hundred and thirty euros) and will be made effective from the
