Extract from the agreement dated 09/19/2025, approved by mayoral resolution no. 2025-1893, which calls for subsidies for choral groups in the Municipality of Nigrán. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). In the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra no. 179 of 09/19/2025, the specific rules that will govern the granting of subsidies for choral groups in the Municipality of Nigrán were published, approved by mayoral resolution no. 2025-1865 dated 09/16/2025. OBJECT The purpose of these rules is the regulation of the granting of subsidies for choir associations with registered office or permanent establishment in the Municipality of Nigrán, under a competitive competition regime and within the budgetary limits that are specified in each year. Aid and subsidies will be granted in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, free competition, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, as well as effectiveness and efficiency. 2. LEGAL REGIME These bases will be complemented by the general regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies; by the specific bases that will govern the granting of subsidies for cultural activities as well as by the bases of execution of the general budget of 2025. In addition, Law 9/2007, of June 13, with its implementing regulations (Decree 11/2009, of January 8, approving the Regulation of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies) will also apply, in matters not expressly provided for. and Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies with its development regulations (Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21) and other development and complementary regulations. Any doubts that arise in the interpretation, application or effects of these bases will be resolved by the granting body of the subsidy. 3. FINANCING For the purposes of fulfilling the purpose of the call, financing will be carried out with a charge to the credit of 18,000.00 euros contemplated in the corresponding budget item 334.48001. 4. BENEFICIARY ENTITIES Associations or entities that are in the situation that bases the granting of the subsidy or in which circumstances foreseen in the specific provisions of these regulatory bases and develop or intend to develop a choral cultural activity and that meet the requirements established in the specific bases may participate in the call for this line of subsidies. 5. FORM, PLACE AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for submission of applications and corresponding documentation will be fifteen business days counted from the day following the date of publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra, which will be communicated from the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) in the terms established in art. 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. The presentation of the application will imply that the bases of the call are accepted, the requirements demanded therein are met and that the data indicated in the application are true; Likewise, interested parties will be responsible for the veracity of the documents they present. The Application will be submitted by electronic means, using the electronic form available at the electronic headquarters of the Nigrán City Council, which is mandatory for interested parties, in which the aid requested will be determined based on the expected expenses and in accordance with the assessment criteria established in article 7, providing the documentation required in the bases, being necessary to sign it by any of the signature methods accepted in the electronic headquarters, as established in article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of the October 1, of the Administrative Procedure
