SUBSIDIES TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE FINANCING OF THE EXPENSES OF ORGANIZING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES FOR SCHOOLING CENTERS IN VIGO

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. OBJECT. The bases of this procedure regulate the procedure for granting subsidies to public and subsidized educational centers located in Vigo for the celebration and organization of educational programs and activities linked to Vigo (places, historical events, unique characters?) to put into practice the concept of the city as an active classroom or educational museum that shows elements for investigation, discovery or research, as well as for the organization of school festivals or social performances and didactic-pedagogical initiatives, typical of the educational community. The subsidized activity must be non-profit. Second. BENEFICIARIES. Educational centers supported by public funds located in the municipality of Vigo may attend this public call, that is, public and subsidized centers for primary education, compulsory secondary education, special education, baccalaureate and vocational training. Third. REGULATORY BASES. The regulatory bases approved by the Local Government Board of the Vigo City Council will be published on the municipal website www.vigo.org, in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra and on the transparency portal of the Vigo City Council. Room. AMOUNT. The total amount allocated to this aid is 40,000.00 (approximately one thousand) euros and will be charged to budget application 3260.489.0002 "Extracurricular activities" of the current budget year. Eligible expenses will be considered those incurred between November 1, 2025 and October 31, 2026. The maximum eligible amount will be 2,000.00 (two thousand) euros, for each of the beneficiary entities. Fifth. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. Public and subsidized educational centers in Primary Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, Basic Vocational Training and Special Education may submit applications, using the official model that appears as Annex I to the bases. Only one application per educational center will be accepted. In compliance with the obligation imposed by article 14.2.a) of Law 39/2015, of November 15, on the Common Administration Procedure of Public Administrations (LPAC), the use, exclusively, of electronic means (online processing) is established to present and process the application for this subsidy through the electronic headquarters of the Vigo City Council, through the Electronic General Registry (Citizen Folder). For this processing, the identification of the requesting entity and the electronic signature of its legal representative is required, by any of the methods accepted by the Vigo City Council, which can be consulted at the link https://sede.vigo.org/expedientes/usuarios/login.jsp?lang=es. The subsidy application and complementary documentation will be submitted duly covered, using the official model approved in these bases (Annex I), which will be available on the website (www.vigo.org) and will be signed electronically before being sent through the electronic headquarters of the Vigo City Council. The deadline for submitting applications and the corresponding complementary documentation will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra, which will be communicated from the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) that operates as a national subsidy advertising system in the terms of art. 30 of the LPAC. Sixth.- DOCUMENTATION. Applicants will provide the following documentation: a.- Application. It will contain the data of the requesting entity, designation of the legal representative and contact information for notification purposes: Electronic notifications will be made through the electronic headquarters of the Vigo City Council. Notices of making notifications available will be sent to interested parties to the email account and/or mobile phone number stated in this application. Notifications by electronic means will be deemed to have been made at the time of access to their content. If not proceeded
