Official description of the call
First: beneficiaries Families registered in the Lalín City Council and made up of students enrolled, during the 2026/2027 school year, in public and private educational centers in the municipality designed to facilitate access to school and sports materials, footwear and warm clothing. Second: Object The purpose of these bases is the regulation and call for the procedure for the granting of complementary scholarships aimed at facilitating access to school, sports, footwear and clothing materials for families registered in the Lalín City Council and made up of students enrolled, during the 2026/2027 school year, in public and private educational centers in the municipality. The purpose of this aid is to make effective the principle of equality in the exercise of the right to education and to compensate those families who, due to their economic conditions, have greater difficulties in meeting the expenses derived from their children's schooling, thus promoting actions that contribute to social well-being, alleviating social differences and the risks of social exclusion and favoring the integration of girls and boys in the educational system. The call for these schooling scholarships is aimed at the following teachings of the educational system: - Second cycle of early childhood education - Primary education - Compulsory secondary education - Basic level training cycles The acquisition of (not exhaustive) will be financed from this program: 1. Textbooks. 2.Reading books. 3.Expendable material: notebooks, pages, colors, pencils, pens, folders, printer ink,... 4.Complementary material: compass, pencil case, rulers, backpacks, reading books, flash drive,..... 5.Sports material: tracksuit, tennis shoes, t-shirts, socks,..... 6.Outerwear and footwear. Third: Regulatory Bases Bases for subsidies approved by agreement of the Local Government Board of June 26, 2026 published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra of July 2, 2026. Fourth: Amount A total credit of €25,000 will be allocated for the granting of the called subsidies. The amount of the bags will be for a single amount of €100 per enrolled student. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications Twenty calendar days counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra. Sixth: Other data of interest - Concession procedure: competitive competition. - Evaluation criterion: established in the ninth base of the call. - Eligible expenses: those listed in the second base of the call. - Payment method: delivery of voucher to be exchanged in bookstores/retail shops of the Lalín City Council. - Maximum bonus delivery period: until October 31, 2026.
